Work in Progress:

Sitework:

Grading for East basketball court in progress at time of site walk. Concrete at East side of Clayton placed today, grading in progress.

MEC:

1st Floor drywall installation nearly complete, drywall finishing in progress. MEP installation in progress, drywall cut at columns to be reinforced, reinforcing complete.
2nd Floor soffit framing demolished and ready to be re-installed with heavier gauge framing.

MEC / MESA Commons:

1st Floor overhead MEP installation in progress at time of site walk.
2nd Floor MEP rough-ins in progress.

MESA:

1st Floor ceiling tile stockpiled and awaiting installation, painting in progress, glass tile and wainscoting installation in progress. Floor polishing in progress.
2nd Floor ceiling grid and tile as well as painting in progress.
3rd Floor ceiling grid and tile as well as painting in progress.
