Beginning in August, Mapleton will have full-day kindergarten available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the YMCA providing separate before school services from 6:30 to 8:30 and after school services from 3:30 to 5:30.
The cost for the full day kindergarten is $200 each month, $550 for three months, or $1500 for the school year.
You can get registration forms at any Mapleton elementary school, or stop by the Mapleton Early Learning Center at 602 East 64th Avenue.
There is no in-district residency requirement and space is limited, so register today! A $25 registration fee will save your child a space and be applied to the first month tuition. Ask at registration for more information about the YMCA before and after school services.
Transportation to the kindergarten will not be available.
The first day and last day of school will follow the Mapleton elementary school schedule. For next year, the first day of school will be August 21.
