Outdoor Education is a four-day outdoor learning experience
for all of Mapleton's sixth grade students held at the YMCA of the Rockies in
Estes Park.
Students at each middle school will be divided into two separate groups; one group
will attend each four-day session. York Middle School students will attend September
9 through 12 or September 16 through 19. John Dewey students will attend September
30 through October 3 or October 7 through 10.
Sixth grade teachers at each school will be registering students as well as organizing
fund-raisers so that all students can participate. For more information please
