If you are not comfortable entering the building, enrollment applications and annual updates can be completed online.  If you need in-person help, please follow the below directions:

    • You can call us with enrollment questions at 303.853.1780.  Please leave a message if we're busy or not open and we will return your call.
    • Ensure 6-foot distancing at all times with other families and staff. We will have tables set up for you to fill out paperwork. Please do not share a table with another family.
    • Do not come to the Welcome Center if you or someone in the family is experiencing symptoms including fever of 100.4˚ F or above, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. If you think you are sick call your health care provider and isolate or quarantine. Use this document for further instruction.
    • Please wear a face covering.
    • Please limit the number of family members coming to registration.
    • Please bring your own writing instrument to reduce contact between families.

We are implementing all these procedures to protect all our Mapleton families and staff.
