The Free and Reduced Lunch Application is available online!
Free/Reduced lunch in Mapleton
Children need healthy meals to learn. Mapleton Public Schools offers a variety of healthy, fresh and delicious meals every school day to every student. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals. To apply for free or reduced-price meals, complete a meal benefit application online! A new application is required every school year.
Breakfast is already offered to all students in Mapleton at no cost.
To receive lunch at no cost, families must apply and be qualified to receive free or reduced-price lunch. Only one form per family is needed; however, a form must be filled out every year. The meal benefit application is available online by clicking here. The online form is fast, easy to submit, and confidential.
Please remember that you will hear from us via email or through standard mail after we have processed your application. You are eligible for the free or reduced-price benefits once your application has been processed and it's been determined you qualify for free or reduced-price meals, not when you submit your application. If you do not hear back from us within 10 days of submitting your application, please call us to check the status. Please remember you are responsible for any charges incurred until the meal benefits have taken effect.
