Vendors are required to transact their business with Mapleton's Purchasing Department only and are not permitted in schools or other departments for the purpose of making sales calls. Vendors are required to contact the Purchasing Department for permission to contact or visit any school location or department. If permission is granted, sales calls and demonstrations shall be scheduled at times that will not interfere with the instructional program.
Mapleton Public Schools will post all solicitation documents on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System site (RMEPS/BidNet). RMEPS provides a way for local government agencies across Colorado and Wyoming to more effectively notify vendors of solicitation opportunities. All solicitation documents and related addenda are posted on this website. Vendors are requested to obtain all solicitation information from this site. For additional information please contact the Purchasing Department.
