Team Statement

WE ARE NOT JUST A TEAM, WE ARE FAMILY

We will accept one another for who they are and push one another to be better each day. We will hold each other accountable on and off the field. We will work hard, play hard and win big. We play with heart and for one another, not ourselves. We are a circle of trust, respect and love for one another and no one will break that bond. We are not just about playing softball, we are about becoming great students and outstanding young adults. We are the Skyview Wolverines! 

Coaching Philosophy

Our coaching philosophy is to ensure that the athletes are continuously growing as students, athletes, and young adults. Developing relationships, responsibility, and trust with one another which is key for a team to be successful. As coaches, we are role models for our athletes and need to emphasis the importance of academics. We need to help them understand the significance of making good choices and the consequences for their actions. In doing this we express that we care about all aspects of our kid’s lives and want to see them succeed on and off the field.
