LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!!!
Congrats to both the Boy and Girls Track team for winning the Colorado League Team titles. It is the Girls' 3rd consecutive title and the Boys' 6th consecutive title.
NEW RECORDS!!!
On Saturday, May 13th, Jaida B., Aissata K., Veronica M., and Sharlene M., broke the school record for the 4x100, setting a time of 52.23. The previous record of 53.31 was set last year at the same location, North Stadium at Mountain Range HS, and had Veronica and Jaida on that team as well.
On Saturday, April 29th, Julian C. again broke a school record, this time in the 1600 Meter Run, running a time of 4:34.57.
On Saturday, April 8th, Julian C. broke his own school record in the 3200 Meter Run. He ran 10:20.74, breaking his previous record of 10:40.54 by 20 seconds!!!

New Track School Records!!!
Records have been broken this year for the Skyview Track team!
Congratulations to Julian C. for breaking the school record in the 3200 meter run! Julian set the new record at Holy Family High School on 4/8/2022 with a time of 10:40.54. The previous record was set by Nick Maestas in 2007 at Brighton High School with a time of 10:43.60.
Congratulations to the Ladies 4x100 Team for breaking their own school record in 4x100 Relay! Jaida B., Veronica M., Mikylah E., and Alexa P. set the new record at Mountain Range High School on 4/16/2022 with a time of 53.31. Prior to this year, the previous record was set by Natasha H., Christine M., Melissa C., Megan D. in 2001 with a time of 54.35.
4A Shot Put State Champion!!!
Congratulations to Senior Bahati N. on becoming the 4A State Champion in the Shot Put event in the 2021 State Championship Track Meet. Bahati took the 4A Shot Put title with a throw of 36 feet 5.5 inches, more than a foot further than the next competitor. In fact, Bahati would have won the state title with 5 of her 6 throws.
