Trailside Academy Construction Updates

    The gym is coming together at Trailside Academy with the installation of garage-style doors and wall padding panels. Crews are working on the front of the building, including the entrance, main office, and administration offices. Upstairs, carpet installation is nearly complete. Outside the building, crews are preparing for future landscaping projects and the bus loop entrance.

    • At Trailside Academy, the gym has a fresh coat of paint and several basketball hoops! Most classrooms throughout the building have carpet, shelving and cabinets. Security doors have also been installed at the front entrance and at several of the building’s exits.

    • Construction at Trailside Academy continues to ramp up with the addition of cabinetry.
    • Classrooms on the first floor now have supply areas, backpack hooks, and cubbies.
    • Crews are in the process of painting each classroom. A special, vibrant paint color was selected for each grade level.
    • Brickwork on the exterior of the school building wraps around the entire preschool entryway.
    • The brick resembles the same material found at Coors Field! Trailside Academy is still on track to open fall of 2019.
