• Uniform and Dress Code Policy:

GIA’s dress code policy follows what is outlined in the Mapleton Public Schools policy, found here. Inappropriately sheer, tight, short, or low-cut clothing that bares or exposes traditionally private parts of the body, including but not limited to, the stomach, buttocks, upper thigh, back, and breasts is not encouraged. As an International Baccalaureate World School, we believe students should dress in a manner that reflects this prestigious honor.  Students should practice dressing in such a way that they may need to when they are professionals.

    Student ID Badges:

All 7th and 8th grade students must wear ID badges during the school day, which will be provided for them. If your student does not have or loses their ID, the office will provide a wrist band that students will be required to wear throughout the day. Each student will receive one additional ID after losing their first one free of charge, but all additional IDs will need to be purchased, which will be available in the office.
