Grab & Go Meal Order Form

  • The USDA passed an extended waiver making it possible for Mapleton Public Schools to continue offering free meals to all children (up to 18 years old) in our community through the 2021-2022 school year. To ensure we have enough meals on hand, families are asked to pre-order meals online using the link below or call 303.853.1117. You do not need to be a Mapleton student to participate. Order your meals today! 

     

    PLEASE NOTE: Children attending in-person (K-12) learning at a Mapleton school are not eligible for meal pick-up, as they are served their free meals while in school.

     

    Ordering your meals:

    Select the link to place your meal order for the week. This year we are offering 5 days' worth of breakfast and lunch meals distributed on Mondays except the first week of school which will be Wednesday.

    What meals are being offered?

    Breakfast and lunch 

    How will Mapleton Online students receive breakfast and lunch?

    Nutrition Services will have 2 meal distribution sites across the district boundary. Pick up will be Mondays (5 breakfast meals and 5 lunch meals) from 8:45-9:15 a.m. in designated outside areas. Meals will be ‘grab and go’ style, some ready to eat, and others that will require heating.  Preparation and storage instructions are listed below on this webpage. 

    Mapleton Online families will be asked to submit a meal request form every week by Friday at noon the week prior.

     

    All families are encouraged to apply for free or reduced meals through the National School Lunch Program because of other program benefits. 

     

     

    The information provided on the application is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility and verifying data.  

    The form takes just moments to complete and can be done online.  Even if you choose to not participate in the National School Lunch Program, simply filling out the application helps your child’s school secure funds to support important programming.
