Hello Trailside Families,
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is providing all K-12 schools in Colorado with free and voluntary COVID-19 screening for the 2021-22 school year. The weekly rapid antigen testing will be available to all students and staff, regardless of vaccination status or presence of symptoms. The tests will be provided by Mobile Health, a high-quality screening provider identified by the CDPHE. More information about this program, including monetary incentives, can be found here.
At this time, we are not able to provide a testing opportunity to pre-schoolers. We hope to have an option for our youngest students in the weeks to come.
If you would like your K-12 child to participate, please fill out the consent form below.

Lastly, we are asking for family support with assuring that students bring masks from home. Many students rely on the disposable masks we have in the office, and our supply is running low. We expect that students wear a mask to school each day, so the disposable ones we provide are for unexpected situations. Thank you also for helping your student understand that masks should cover the mouth and nose.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
