Interim Assessment Updates for the 23-24 School Year

The current assessment provider, Cognia, will no longer be providing an Interim Assessment.
Mapleton will be using Pearson as our vendor to develop the interim assessment for ELA Grades 2-11 and Math Grades 2-8.
Carnegie Learning will provide the high school interims.
The interim assessment end product will look very similar to the Cognia product used this year from the teacher and student perspectives, as Pearson and Carnegie assessments will still be delivered through the Adam platform.
With Pearson as our vendor, the interim assessments will include more response features, like drag and drops, that match high-stakes assessment features.
Quarter 1 Interim Assessments will be shared with schools and teachers when teachers return in August to support planning.
Quarter 1 Interim Testing Window: Oct. 4-Oct. 12
