Introducing Healthy School Meals for All!

Beginning this year, all students in Mapleton Public Schools will have access to healthy, nutritious school meals at no cost thanks to the Healthy School Meals for All program approved by Colorado voters. All students will also continue to have access to breakfast at no cost.

Three things you should know about Healthy School Meals for All:

1. Mapleton proudly uses local ingredients to prepare healthy and delicious meals and offers fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
2. You can still use your MySchoolBucks account to purchase second meals and ala carte items from the cafeteria.
3. Please continue to fill out the meal benefit application. It’s important for us to continue gathering this information to receive access to available federal funds that support programs at your school.

While meals will be provided for free to all Mapleton students through Healthy School Meals for All, it's important for us to continue gathering this information to receive full access to available federal funds that support nutritional programs at your school.

We ask all Mapleton families to please complete the Meal Benefits Application during registration for the 2023-24 school year. By providing this information, you will help our district access all available funds to cover the cost of meals, and may qualify to receive discounted school fees, class materials, bus passes, utilities support, and more!
