Mapleton Public Schools Board of Education
The Mapleton Board of Education comprises five elected community volunteers who work many hours each year to represent the community and lead the District.
Elected by voters from within Mapleton, the board approves the district curriculum, instructional materials, and annual budget. The board acts in accordance with Colorado and federal laws while remaining responsive to the unique needs of the Mapleton community.
The Board of Education meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month, unless otherwise posted.

Mallory Boyce, President
District C

Ms. Boyce was elected to the Mapleton Board of Education in November 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado. With a career focused on communications and marketing, she currently serves as a Communication Specialist for the Colorado Attorney General’s office. A Colorado native, Ms. Boyce, and her husband have been active members in the Mapleton community for over a decade, where their children attend Mapleton schools.
Michelle Ramos, Vice President

Ms. Ramos was elected to the Mapleton Board of Education in 2023. She received her bachelor’s degree from Regis University in political science with an emphasis in criminal justice. She is currently the Court Administrator for the City of Brighton. Ms. Ramos is a proud member of the Mapleton Community and has 1 child who attends a Mapleton School.
Daisy Lechman, Secretary

Ms. Lechman was appointed to the Mapleton Board of Education in June 2021. She works as an Equipment Operations Specialist for Johnson Controls Business Solutions. Ms. Lechman has lived in the Mapleton Community for over 30 years and is a Skyview graduate. She has a son who also attended Mapleton schools
Paige Kelly, Treasurer

Ms. Kelly was elected to the Mapleton Board of Education in November 2025. She holds bachelor’s degrees in organizational communication and Spanish and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. Ms. Kelly has worked in management consulting for more than 15 years, focused on leadership and organizational development. She has been a part of the Mapleton community since 2015 and has two children in the district.
