• Children's Hospital School Nurse Consultants

    The Mapleton Public Schools Nurse Consultants provide district training, delegation, supervision, vision and hearing screenings, immunization review, infectious disease control, and individual health care plan creation. 

    The nurse’s offices are located at Administration Building on the Broadway Campus. The fax number is 303.853.1087.

    The nurses work closely together with Health Assistants at each school and are available to support all schools.
