School-Based Clinic Survey

Last year, Mapleton received a grant from CDPHE to explore opening a Community-Based Heatlh Clinic in Mapleton, on the Skyview Campus. On Monday, Nov. 13, all stakeholders, including parents, students, staff, and community members will be asked to complete a survey about this opportunity. Learn more.
