As a reminder it is extremely important to complete a simple home health screening to determine if your child should go to school or stay home. Before your child goes to school review the following questions:

High-risk symptoms

• Do you feel feverish, have chills, or have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher?
• Do you have a new or unexplained persistent cough?
• Do you have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
• Do you have a loss of taste or smell? 

Low-risk symptoms

• Do you have a sore throat?
• Do you have a runny nose?
• Do you have muscle aches?
• Do you have a headache?
• Do you have congestion or a runny nose?
• Do you have fatigue?
• Are you experiencing nausea or vomiting?
• Do you have diarrhea?
