It’s time to complete the Annual Update fall 2021

 

If your child is requesting a different Mapleton school for August 2021, we strongly encourage you to complete the Annual Update during our priority placement window, Jan. 1 -31, for the best chance of placement into your first-choice school. 

 

If your child is continuing on at their current school in August 2021, please complete the Annual Update by April 1, 2021. Completing the Annual Update confirms your child’s placement in their current school and gives you an opportunity to update your contact information on file, if necessary.    

 

The Annual Update is the online process that allows Mapleton families to verify and submit the required information and confirm each child’s placement for fall. Families can complete the Annual Update from anywhere with an internet connection. 

 

How do I complete the Annual Update? 
Visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and login to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account on a computer or smartphone. Once you are logged in click on “More” and then select “Annual Update”. 

What if I forgot my Parent Portal Account Information?
You can request an email with your account information by clicking “forgot username” or “forgot password.” Contact the main office of the school your child attends if you have questions or any problems accessing your account. 

What information do I need to confirm during the Annual Update?  
As a parent/guardian of a currently enrolled Mapleton student, the Annual Update process will ask you to confirm or update the following information: 

  • Address (Please select 'change of address' and contact your school to update your address)  
  • Phone numbers (home phone, cell phone, work phone) 
  • Email address 
  • Emergency contacts 
  • Information about your child's health conditions and/or medications 
  • Confirm school for the 2021-22 school year 
  • School Behavior Handbook 
  • Additional school or district policies and release

If you would like to make changes to additional information not available through the Annual Update process, please contact your child's school. 

When do I need to complete the Annual Update process? 
Please complete the Annual Update process as soon as possible so we can confirm your child's spot at his/her school. Completing the Annual Update is the best way to let your child's school know to save your spot as you will be returning for the 2021-22 school year.
