Jeannie Stout- 7th/8th
My name is Jeannine Stout and I have the pleasure of teaching Eighth Grade English here at Meadow Community School!
I have been a teacher for 17 years- 9 of which have been at Meadow. I was born in the Motor City (Detroit) and was raised in Northern Michigan. I attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development, a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, another bachelor’s degree in English, and a 7-12 grade Secondary Education English endorsement. I am a level I certified snowboard instructor, and a certified Water Safety Instructor.

Joni Seaward- Interventionist
Ms. Joni Seaward has been a part-time reading intervention teacher at Meadow Community School since 2010. Prior to joining the Meadow staff, she had worked in education since the early 1990’s. Her experience includes teaching grades 1, 2 and 4 and preschool. She graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and 1996 earned her Master’s Degree from Lesley College.
Rae Colter- PY
I am Rae Colter, and I teach Primary Years at Meadow. This will be my seventh year teaching and my third year teaching at Meadow. I love Primary Years and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have. I received a degree in Elementary Education from Simpson University in California and a teaching license in both California and Colorado. I can’t wait to expose my students to tons of new reading adventures this year!
Celeste Bock- PK Teacher
Hello my name is Celeste Bock. I teach Preschool here at Meadow. I have been with Mapleton and the Preschool Program for 12 years. I love working with our youngest learners. This is my fifth year here at Meadow. I got my Early Childhood Education degree at the University of Northern Colorado.
Anastasia Maines- 7th/8th
I love investigating science with my students. I completed my education at the University of Colorado at Boulder where I earned a B.A. in Biology and Education and went on to complete a M.A. in Ecology and a M.A. in Science Curriculum and Instruction. During my graduate studies, I participated in research projects studying best practices in science education and management of invasive plants. I have been a teacher at Meadow Community School since 2015. When I am not exploring science questions with my students, I enjoy traveling to visit family and visiting science museums.
