Lieutenant Colonel William H. Arrington IIII
Lt Colonel William H. Arrington III is the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for the Mapleton Public Schools Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (AFJROTC) Program. He retired from Active-Duty Air Force after serving for 21 years.
Lt Colonel Arrington received his commission in May 1986 from the University of Virginia, through the Reserve Officer Training Program and entered the Air Force in January 1987. He earned his master’s degree from Montana State University Northern and Regis University. He attended Squadron Officer School in residence, Air Command and Staff College (seminar), and Air War College (seminar).
Lt Colonel Arrington has served in both operational and support assignments. He began his career in missile operations reaching the position of Crew Commander. In 1991 he crossed into the support arena and completed various base level, MAJCOM, and Air Staff personnel jobs. Lt Colonel Arrington was born in Columbus, Ohio. He is married to the former Ms. Lynn Rene Starr. He has one son, Joshua age 29.

Senior Master Sergeant Danny K. Alltop
Senior Master Sergeant Danny K. Alltop (ret) is the Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) for Academy @ Skyview Air Force Junior ROTC (AFJROTC), Thornton, Colorado. SMSgt Alltop is responsible for instructing all Leadership Education courses as well as being designated the lead Drill Team Coach. Prior to arriving at Academy, SMSgt Alltop served as an Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) at Higley High School, Gilbert, Arizona for 10 years. Prior to AFJROTC, SMSgt Alltop served as the Director, Equal Opportunity for Buckley AFB, Colorado. SMSgt Alltop provided expert EO advice to the 460th Space Wing Commander, 30 Group/Squadron Comanders, First Sergeants, 81 Mission Partners, as well as 13,700 civilians, dependents, and retiries.
Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Alltop was born in Germany, raised in Elizabeth, West Virginia, and enlisted in the Air Force in May 1989. Graduating Basic Training in June 1989 and going Direct Duty to Altus AFB, Oklahoma, Senior Master Sergeant Alltop was originally trained as a Special Purpose Vehicle Mechanic (2T351) specializing in heavy construction equipment, 463L flighline support equipment, fire trucks, and aircraft refuelers. After nine years, SMSgt Alltop cross-trained into Equal Opportunity (EO) and within this capacity, has served at both Base Level EO and at the Department of Defense within the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI). In 1995, Senior Airmen Alltop deployed in support of OPERATION South Watch to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, serving as a Diagnostic and Quality Assurance (D&QA) Technician.
