Resources for Living 

Resources For Living is an employer-sponsored program, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Regis University Center for counseling, Family, and Play Therapy 

Regis University's Center for Counseling, Family and Play Therapy offers low-cost/free in-person counseling, family therapy and play therapy for people in the local Denver Metro community. We also offer low-cost/free online therapy to anyone in the state of Colorado. We provide culturally competent and affirming care to a wide variety of clients; everyone is welcome and no insurance is required. We create a safe space where we can help you resolve issues, improve your problem-solving skills and develop better communication skills.
